This dark blue sugar bag is finely embroidered and decorated with Rocaille beads. This bag is a traditional Bedouin sugar bag. But the lush pearl embroidery makes the little bag a festive handbag for any celebration or a loving gift for daughter, sister, mother or grandma.

Ethno Style with elegance and tradition

This affectionately worked bag comes from the Katharinengebiet in the south Sinai. The Bedouin women of the region master embroidery techniques that were almost forgotten. Fortunately, there are some women’s cooperatives that continue the traditional work and pass the knowledge on to younger generations.
